Installation Requirements:

• Placement: The oven must be installed with at least 50 mm (2 inches) of clearance on all sides to ensure proper ventilation.
• Electrical: Refer to the manual or the oven’s connecting terminal for the appropriate wire dimension specifications (mm/AWG).
• Ventilation: A minimum ventilation rate of 200 m/h (115 CFM) per deck/connection is required, with a connection diameter of 100 mm (3.95 in).
• Water Supply: Requires water pressure between 1-6 bar (0.1-0.6 MPa) with a G ” / NH ” connection (for US/CAN).
