Installation Requirements:
- Placement: The oven must be installed with a clearance of at least 50 mm (2 inches) on all sides to allow for adequate ventilation and safe operation.
- Electrical: For wiring details, consult the ovens connecting terminal or manual for the appropriate wire dimensions (mm/AWG).
- Ventilation: Each deck requires a minimum ventilation of 200 m/h (115 CFM) per deck/connection, with a connection diameter of 100 mm (3.95 inches).
- Water Supply: The oven requires water pressure between 1-6 bar (0.1-0.6 MPa) with a G ” / NH ” connection for US/CAN installation.
