Installation Requirements:
- Placement: Ensure a clearance of at least 50 mm (2 inches) on all sides of the oven for proper ventilation and safety.
- Electrical: Refer to the ovens connecting terminal and/or manual for the required wire dimensions (mm/AWG).
- Ventilation: The oven requires a minimum ventilation rate of 200 m/h (115 CFM) per deck/connection with a connection diameter of 100 mm (3.95 in).
- Water Supply: The oven requires water pressure between 1-6 bar (0.1-0.6 MPa) with a G ” / NH ” connection (for US/CAN).
