What is SteamFry?

This function uses the fast crispy cooking of an air fryer with the addition of steam during the cooking process. This retains moisture in the food, creates higher and more even cooking temperatures resulting in a tender, juicy result.

What functions use steam?

The following functions use steam STEAMFRY, STEAM, STEAM CLEAN. The following presets also use steam Whole chicken, Drumsticks, Fish and Vegetables.

Can I put other liquids in the water tank?

Only water should be used to fill the water tank to cook with. White vinegar may be added with water to descale the air fryer refer to cleaning instructions.
