This classic 3 piece set includes the 5.5″ vegetable knife which is similar to a cleaver but without the height. This vegetable knife is a perfect every-day knife for all general cooking purposes. The set also includes the 3″ peeling knife which is a small and versatile knife with a slim blade with centre tip and straight cutting edge. Peels, cuts, cleans and garnishes fruit and vegetables. Lastly, the set also includes the 8″ cook’s knife which is great for thicker cuts of vegetables, fruits and meats or mincing and chopping herbs.
